Scope and selections, together.
Before work begins, we review the scope with you in detail and provide a list of material options. For labor-and-materials projects, the selected materials inform the quote. For labor-only projects, you select and supply materials; we discuss any installation choices that affect labor pricing.
Protection before the work.
We select protection to suit the existing surfaces and work area: plastic sheeting, Ram Board floor protection, or adhesive carpet protection film where appropriate.
Changes agreed in writing.
When a change comes up, we discuss it with you on site. Once we agree on the change, we document it in a written change order. Any pricing or payment adjustments are discussed and agreed together.
A walkthrough before handover.
At completion, we walk through the work together, check the finishes, and test relevant functions. We review any remaining items with you before handover.
